                                GARRISON HOLIDAYS BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposits:

​

  • 50% non-refundable to be paid at the time of booking.

​

  • Please ensure the balance of your holiday is paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive an automated email requesting this.

 

General:

​

  • Unaccompanied Children Under 16 Years of age are not allowed.

​

  • 16 - 18 Year Olds may camp by prior telephoned agreement only & must have a letter from parent/guardians accepting responsibility for them & their actions/behaviour. 

​

  • Under 18 year olds are not allowed to stay in a Readi-Tent without a responsible adult.

​

  • Individuals who are working on the Islands are not allowed to camp without prior permission from the Duchy of Cornwall.​

​

  • Flying of Drones is NOT permitted on the campsite.

 

  • Organised (& well behaved) parties welcome by prior arrangement. Any person disturbing the peace or misbehaving will be removed. 

 

  • Labelled luggage will be collected automatically from the Scillonian & charged for unless we are advised in advance. Please try and make sure that no articles are excessively large or heavy - if you can’t lift them, neither can we!

 

  • Trailer tents & trailers are most welcome, but must be Less than 78” Wide. Please book with Scillonian III early, to ensure crossing.

 

  • Vehicles are not allowed on the Campsite.

  • We love Dogs! However, as we are a family campsite, our insurance policy states that we can not accept the following breeds:- Alsatian, German Shepherd, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow Chow, Tosa Inu & Akita Inu, American Bandage, Cane Corso, Dogo Argentino, Gull Dong, Basenji, Fila Brasileiro, Caucasian Ovcharka.​ We are very sorry for any inconvenience or upset that this may cause.

​

  • In the event of cancellation, or late arrival, deposits are non-refundable. It is recommended that you have adequate insurance against possible cancellation.

 

  • We accept arrivals and departures from Monday-Saturday. 

 

  • All prices displayed include VAT.
